Privacy Policy — SMS Program

Effective date: January 1, 2026
Last updated: June 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Solve 4 U (“Solve 4 U”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information collected through our website (solve4u.io) and, in particular, through our SMS / text-messaging program operated via Twilio.

This policy applies to residents of the United States who interact with our SMS program. It is intended to satisfy the requirements of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook, the Mobile Marketing Association best-practice guidelines, and the policies of The Campaign Registry (TCR) and Twilio.

1. Information we collect

When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Solve 4 U we may collect:

  • Mobile telephone number that you provide.
  • Name (if you provide it via the same form).
  • Email address (if you provide it via the same form).
  • Business URL or company name (if you provide it).
  • Opt-in record: the date, time, IP address, URL of the page, and the exact wording of the consent disclosure displayed at the moment you opted in.
  • Message history: the content, timestamp, and delivery status of SMS messages we send to you and replies you send back (including STOP / HELP keywords).
  • Technical metadata from our messaging vendor (Twilio): carrier, message segment count, and delivery receipts.

We do not purchase phone numbers, append phone numbers from third-party data brokers, or text any individual who has not affirmatively opted in.

2. How we collect SMS opt-in

You are added to our SMS program only after you submit the contact form on solve4u.io with the SMS consent checkbox affirmatively checked. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not bundled with any other consent.

At the moment of opt-in you are shown a clear disclosure that includes (i) the program name (Solve 4 U), (ii) the message content categories (appointment reminders, project updates, occasional offers), (iii) the expected message frequency (up to 10 messages per month), (iv) “Msg & data rates may apply”, (v) the opt-out instruction (“Reply STOP to opt out”), (vi) the help instruction (“HELP for help”), and (vii) a link to this Privacy Policy and to the SMS Terms of Service. We record and retain proof of consent for each opt-in (date, time, IP address, page URL, and the exact disclosure shown) as described in Section 1.

SMS consent is never a condition of purchasing any product or service from Solve 4 U.

3. How we use the information

We use the information described in Section 1 only to:

  • Send the SMS messages you opted in to receive (appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, replies to your inquiries, service-related notifications, and occasional promotional announcements about Solve 4 U services and offers).
  • Respond to your replies and customer-care requests.
  • Honor opt-out and HELP requests.
  • Maintain proof of consent and message records required by the TCPA, FCC rules, and carrier requirements.
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our SMS Terms of Service.
  • Comply with legal obligations and lawful requests from regulators or carriers.

We do not use SMS-program data for advertising-network targeting, lookalike modeling, or profiling unrelated to the messages you signed up to receive.

4. How we share information — SMS consent is never sold or shared

No mobile information, mobile opt-in data, or consent to receive SMS messages will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes lead-generation partners, data brokers, advertising networks, and any other third party not described below.

We share the limited information necessary to deliver the messages you requested only with:

  • Twilio Inc., our SMS messaging service provider, which transmits messages on our behalf under its own privacy and security obligations.
  • The Campaign Registry (TCR) and downstream U.S. mobile carriers, solely for the purpose of registering and delivering A2P 10DLC traffic as required by the carriers.
  • Service providers that host our website and database (e.g., Supabase, Vercel), under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, strictly to operate the service.
  • Law enforcement, regulators, or courts where we are legally required to disclose information, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, subject to the same confidentiality protections set out in this policy.

We never sell personal information, and we never share SMS opt-in information for any third-party marketing purpose.

5. Data retention

We retain opt-in records, message logs, and opt-out records for at least the period required by applicable law and carrier rules (typically a minimum of four (4) years from the date of the last message or the opt-out, whichever is later) so that we can demonstrate compliance with the TCPA and carrier requirements. Other personal information (such as name and email address) is retained for as long as your relationship with Solve 4 U is active and for a reasonable period thereafter, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

6. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, audit logging, and vendor due diligence on Twilio and our other processors. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages, unless you opt in again later.
  • Get help by replying HELP to any of our SMS messages, or by emailing support@solve4u.io.
  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@solve4u.io. We will respond within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable law.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) gives you additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA / CPRA.

8. Children

Our SMS program is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly enroll minors in our SMS program.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are material, we will provide additional notice (for example, by SMS or by a prominent notice on our website) before the changes take effect.
