SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the Solve 4 U SMS / text-messaging program (the “Program”) operated by Solve 4 U (“Solve 4 U”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through Twilio. By opting in to the Program you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy — SMS Program.


1. Program description

The Program sends transactional, customer-care, account-related, and occasional promotional SMS messages from Solve 4 U to U.S. mobile subscribers who have opted in. Typical messages include:

  • Appointment confirmations and reminders for discovery calls, demos, and project meetings.
  • Project status updates and milestone notifications for active engagements.
  • Replies to questions you submit via the website (solve4u.io) or by replying to a previous SMS.
  • Lead follow-up regarding a quote, proposal, or scope of work you requested.
  • One-time passcodes and security notifications you request.
  • Occasional promotional messages — service announcements, limited-time offers, case studies, and Solve 4 U news.

The Program does not send sweepstakes, lottery, gambling, cannabis, firearm, debt-collection, high-risk financial, or sexually explicit content. The Program is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.

2. How to opt in

You may opt in to the Program by submitting the contact form on solve4u.io with the SMS consent checkbox affirmatively checked. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not bundled with any other consent.

By opting in you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided and that you are authorized to enroll that number in the Program.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You should expect to receive up to approximately 10 SMS messages per month in connection with an active inquiry, project, or appointment with Solve 4 U. We may send fewer or more depending on your interaction with us (for example, additional confirmations during the lead-up to an appointment).

4. Cost — Msg & data rates may apply

Message and data rates may apply. Solve 4 U does not charge a fee to participate in the Program, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending and receiving SMS messages depending on your plan. Check with your wireless carrier for details.

5. How to opt out (STOP)

You may opt out of the Program at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message we send you. After you opt out we will send you a single confirmation SMS acknowledging your opt-out, after which you will no longer receive Program messages unless you opt in again. If you want to rejoin later, reply START or sign up again through the website.

6. How to get help (HELP)

For help at any time, reply HELP or INFO to any of our SMS messages, or contact us at support@solve4u.io. The HELP auto-reply will identify the Program, provide our contact information, and remind you that you can reply STOP to unsubscribe.

7. Supported carriers

The Program is compatible with the major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Delivery

Solve 4 U makes commercially reasonable efforts to deliver Program messages. However, delivery of SMS is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. Solve 4 U is not responsible for any delays, failures to receive, or misdirected messages.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree that:

  • The mobile number you provide is yours, or you have the explicit authorization of the account holder to enroll the number.
  • You will notify Solve 4 U promptly (by replying STOP or contacting support@solve4u.io) if you give up, change, or transfer the mobile number you enrolled.
  • You will not use the Program to send threatening, harassing, defamatory, unlawful, or abusive content to Solve 4 U.

10. Privacy

Information collected through the Program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy — SMS Program. In particular, no mobile information, mobile opt-in data, or consent to receive SMS messages will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

11. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Program is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solve 4 U disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, with respect to the Program.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solve 4 U’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Program is limited to USD $100. In no event will Solve 4 U be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Changes to these SMS Terms

We may modify these SMS Terms from time to time by posting a revised version at the URL where these SMS Terms are published, with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled subscribers by SMS or by a prominent notice on our website before they take effect. Your continued participation in the Program after the effective date of the revised SMS Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing law

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, to the extent applicable, the State in which Solve 4 U is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
